Information that I would like to share- I am married to Mike Needham (second marriage, first was when I was 21 and stupid) we've been married since Sept. 6, 2003. We have one son, Jared, born Oct. 15, 2001. We just bought our first house in July 2004, got our first greyhound in Nov. 2004, and would like to have our second child within the next year or so because we are reminded daily by our son that "I want a baby mommy.". After high school I spent a year at NSCC Burridge and graduated with an Associates degree in Accounting. I moved to Philadelphia, PA for 3 years in 1995 (after my marriage broke up) and moved back to Yarmouth in 1998. I do a fair amount of volunteer work with Greyhound Pets of Atlantic Canada, a non-profit organization which places retired racing greyhounds into loving forever homes. Information that I would like to share-
I am currently completing my teaching degree in my biological
father's community of Cross Lake, in Northern Manitoba. I've lived
here for 10 years. It is a mixed community - both Reserve and
municipal governments. That makes the politics VERY interesting.
Since graduation I feel like I've lived everywhere, but at the ripe
old age of 34 I've finally dicovered what makes me tick. My life has
been somewhat of a journey, but it has lead me to teaching. (I think
I was in denial for many years!) I teach Math and Science in a 6-7
and 8-9 multigrade classroom. My life is good, but I can feel a
change coming. I'll be moving on in the next year. My father passed
away Novemeber 2005, and I find that I don't feel as bound to this
place anymore, even though its been my home for much of my adult
life. Tom Petty keeps running through my head... "Time to move on,
time to get goin'... what lies ahead, I have no way of knowin'...
but under my feet, babe, the grass is growin'..."

My cousin Angela and I sitting in Mr.Weavers class passing notes
back and forth, giggling and laughing. It's like we'd do it ONLY

explains why I didn't graduate in 90' as planned. A year later I
completed my grade 12 through another programme which worked better
for me at that time, ya know, taking care of my baby, working,
running a house, all that fun stuff.
I'm still living in Yarmouth Co. although I venture out for an
annual trip down South (Florida) every spring :). It makes the whole
year of hard work and responsibility worth it! We actually drove
down last April (first time driving), made it to our destination in
36hours (Orlando). We were tired but the trip down there is soooo
worth it! Sun! Sun! Sun!
I've been working in HomeCare for almost 10 years and I LOVE my job.
I'm also a volunteer at 'Yarmouth County Ground Search and Rescue'
since Jan.06'.
I love animals, we have 3 cats, and 1 dog. Being home makes me happy
although I rarely rest and I'm a clean freak lol. Everything has to
be 'just so'. By the looks of my school locker years ago who would
have ever thought I'd be like this. It's too funny, I'm like the
most organized person ever!

Well, been at the Superstore for 9 years (some of that time working
in Barrington Passage).Was Produce manager for a few years then i
decided to change departments when the new one was built. I'm
engaged and have a daughter due in June. I spend most of my day
sleeping,unfortunatly night shifts will do that to you. I play
hockey when ever i can as always. And there's still time for the
computer and a little X-Box. I hope to hear from any long lost
