Scholarship Name: First Nations and Indigenous Black Students Scholarship- Dalhousie
Due Date: Wednesday, March 15, 2006
For Who?: Available to First Nations and Indigenous Black students, who are residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Prince Edward Island, and are entering Dalhousie for the first time. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of a student's financial need and academic standing.
Amount: Ten renewable entrance scholarships valued at $3,000 each are available. Valued at $12,000 over four years.
Details: Scholarships are available to students who are applying directly from high school as well as those who have attended another post-secondary institution. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of a student's financial need and academic standing. Please submit a completed application to the Assistant Registrar, Awards by March 15.
